Mark Carney warns of rise in interest rates

Mark Carney has recently stipulated that the global growth rate is at its strongest since 2011. The top 4 economic catalysts: China, Europe, America and Japan have exuded confidence - though there are looming risks. The UK is still restrained by Brexit uncertainty, which ''is the most significant influence on the economic outlook'' and the risk of inflation has risen.
